Welcome to Full Life Yoga Studio, a quiet simple place where we celebrate the homecoming with and in the body, respecting the individual journeys of our lives that have brought us to this day. The studio is nestled among the pines and cedars of historic gold country in Nevada City, California. Our intention is to create a place filled with life, laughter, connecting with each other, and inquiring within.

Our instructors teach a variety of styles for every age, body type, and ability level, and are here to serve the community and help people maintain and regain a flexible, toned body that has freedom of movement. Each teacher has many years of yoga experience, and stays current through ongoing studies and specialized workshops. We are dedicated to helping students experience a healthy, safe, and engaging yoga practice.

We invite you to take time to pause and notice how you feel, release tension and stress from your lives, and gain a greater sense of  body awareness by honing your sensitivities.
